Please tell us what you liked most about working with Fadi

Fadi was referred by Ken McCord. He proved to be very professional, easy to work with and friendly. Fadi spent time explaining lease/buy options. He did not “sell” but counseled us through the decisions. Once the car was leased, Fadi was very thorough and patient in explaining the vehicle features. Fadi helped us baby boomers through the set up, including WiFi, phone pairing and OnStar enrollment. The myChevrolet is a nice owner feature which Fadi introduced well. Once our 3 year lease is up, I expect to work with Fadi again..

This was an easy experience beginning with the referral from Ken McCord. If not for Ken, I would not have looked at the Equinox. I was ready to lease a Terrain. The finance experience went very smoothly. Well organized and well explained (Lou?).
