As a brand loyal Jeep owner, I never saw myself driving a Honda.... but Fadi made the decision easy.

Making a big purchase, I naturally felt nervous and apprehensive. I had a budget and wasn't sure if I would even get approved. When I did get approved, there was a small hiccup with one of the finance reps, Paul... who was not empathetic to my situation and made me feel less than. I felt really discourage after that exchange. However, Fadi quickly diffused the problem and had me meet with Mike instead, who was very nice and made me feel comfortable with my decision to lease. This is the definition of great customer service..
