A person shows their true colors when they are tested, and in a difficult situation, Fadi was honest, dependable, and willing to go out of his way to make a customer happy. After selling me a vehicle, Fadi and I found out it’s history was not as advertised. Fadi and the dealership apologized and did everything they could to make things right. After a month of looking Fadi showed me a vehicle I liked even better. Fadi kept me updated during the entire process and always had a positive attitude. Fadi always made sure that I was happy with how they were handling things and showed real concern about my situation. Fadi put a lot of time and energy into making just one customer happy, but it was appreciated. I would definitely consider going to Fadi for future vehicle purchases.

The Dealership could have made things very difficult but they made it as painless as possible. The management handled the situation very well and should be commended.
